Welcome to Sarah’s Boutique Sydney. These Terms and Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, measurements and availability are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Minor variations in measurements, patterns or packaging may also occur.
Please review the product description and size information carefully before ordering.
2. Prices and Payments
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Australian dollars.
Shipping charges and any applicable fees will be shown at checkout before payment.
Orders must be paid in full using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment methods may vary depending on your location.
Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are outside our control.
3. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee that every item is available.
We may cancel an order before dispatch if:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment is unsuccessful or unauthorised;
- the delivery address is incomplete;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error; or
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Processing and Delivery
Processing times and estimated delivery periods are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout where applicable.
Orders may be prepared and dispatched by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners, including partners located outside Australia.
Products from the same order may arrive in separate parcels and on different dates.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Contact us immediately if you notice an error, although changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
To request a change or cancellation, contact info@sarahsboutiquesydney.com immediately.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.
If the order has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
6. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products
Change-of-mind returns are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved change-of-mind returns may be issued as store credit.
Different rules apply when a product:
- is faulty or damaged;
- is incorrectly supplied;
- is materially different from its description; or
- does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
In these circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your legal consumer rights are not removed because an item was discounted or marked Final Sale.
7. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and processing fees charged by the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for checking whether products can legally be imported into their country.
8. Promotions
Discounts, promotional codes and free-shipping offers may have additional conditions, including minimum-spend requirements, excluded products and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated:
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- codes cannot be added after an order is completed; and
- promotions are subject to product availability.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may use our website only for lawful, personal shopping purposes.
You must not:
- provide false or fraudulent information;
- interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- use an unauthorised payment method;
- copy or commercially reproduce our website content; or
- use our website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Website content, including original text, graphics, branding and photographs, is owned by or licensed to Sarah’s Boutique Sydney and may not be commercially reproduced without written permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by:
- incorrect information provided by the customer;
- misuse or incorrect care of a product;
- normal wear and tear;
- unauthorised use of a customer account; or
- circumstances entirely outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law.

Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographs may be requested for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
We aim to respond within five business days and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer laws that apply to you.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order that has already been accepted.
